The company was established in April 2003, as the successor of Landomax Service Enterprise, founded in 1999. The transition of the company became inevitable due the increasing volume and complexity of the clients' instructions. The company is 100% owned by Hungarian individuals.
Main activities of JM Landomax Ltd. are real estate agency - in the fields of leasing and disposal / acquisition of office, retail and industrial property - and real estate valuation of all type of properties.
During the past years JM Landomax Ltd. has been acting on behalf of large number of local and international clients in the fields of office and industrial leasing, as well as property valuations.
JM Landomax Ltd. is a member of the Hungarian Real Estate Federation. The company holds an indemnity insurance policy, issued by OTP Garancia Insurance Inc., which is specified for real estate valuations and agency services.
The company is currently operated with two permanent staff and with an external legal advisor. The managing director of the company is Miklos Jakab, MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

Miklos Jakab holds an MSc degree in Real Estate Management awarded by the Nottingham Trent University, the Technical University and the University of Economics of Budapest. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) from April 1999. He is also a member of the association of Chartered Surveyors in Hungary, RICS Magyarország.
Between 1995 and 97 Miklós Jakab was a property consultant of DTZ Hungary, with the main responsibility of office leasing and property valuations.
From 1997 until March 2002 he worked for CB Richard Ellis International Property Advisers. With CB Richard Ellis his main responsibilities were the management of the firm's industrial leasing and valuation departments.
